You don't have to be anywhere. They kept me around for a reason. You can't concern yourself with everything that's going on around you. They keep you around, obviously they've got plans.

I didn't know I was going to start, so I didn't want people driving down last second. You know, it's on TV back home and that's just as good. We'll see what happens from here. No family was here. That's it. They've got the TV.

Being Canadian, we get excited about it. We take a lot of pride in wearing the Canada jersey. A lot of us were stoked for it. We have a chance to surprise some people.

In that situation, you just want to get that run in. It was fun. No nerves, just good butterflies. Make sure you still have a pulse.

In the first half, we came out nervous. At half, I said 'come on guys, let's go.' We settled down and we started hitting our shots.

I'm pumped. A lot of us are really close and we have a great time doing it. It's like a family.

Any time you can help the team win is what I'm here for. Whatever you can do, whether it be defense or hitting, whatever day it is, it's always a plus.
