I'm not trying to send any kind of message or anything like that. That kind of stuff doesn't matter to me. I'm just here trying to place like every other kid.

We would have liked to host this -- no one wants to travel -- but we came in with our heads up and wrestled tough.

We've got nothing to lose. They've been (on top) for forever, so we'll just go wrestle them tough -- it would be nice to knock them off, too.

Just winning my first match at states feels really good because it relieves a lot of pressure. This makes everything a lot easier now. I'm more confident. I got all the anxiety out. Now tomorrow is just another day.
