It's stressful. There's a high workload - lots of deadlines to meet. This is a special group of kids. They have to be motivated.

We have to find a way to get up for these games. It's a winning mentality that has been missing in this program and we're still looking for it. But give credit to Monroe's girls, they deserved to win the basketball game.
