The kids are starting to believe in the system. Our hitting and pitching are very good at this point. I'll be disappointed if we don't win district.

I don't want to talk about state right now. We need to focus on Wednesday's game against Santa Fe Indian School.

They responded. We didn't score, but we didn't let them score. They had a little more fire.

Without those errors, who knows what would have happened. But those errors are a part of the game and we took advantage of them in the beginning.

We'll play one game at a time, and see what happens. I've told the girls that hard work comes first, and then the fun comes when we start being successful.

We couldn't get the key hits. We hit the ball well. They just didn't drop in for hits.
