If you're not prepared, that could happen. If you are prepared and you have means in place to identify, detect and mitigate that, it's not as much of a concern.

The band is a big social group. Students who have graduated come back and talk about the good memories. Kids who have moved on liked the Pine-Richland experience.

We're going to focus on exciting/up-tempo rock n' roll show. I'm excited, the kids are enthusiastic and I couldn't be happier with their work.
