I feel blessed to be here with you today to honor our loved ones. We forget that there are men and women out there ready to lay their lives on the line for us.

I do think we feel pretty comfortable with a starting lineup at this point. The nice thing is that Shannon is versatile enough that you can put her at short, you can put her in the outfield.

This is a unique way to express my faith to the community. It's also a way to show my kids that we are putting a little extra into our faith at this time of year.

It's coming down to the final week, and we control our fate.

The biggest thing that stuck out was the gritty performance.

It's something that we knew was probably going to be inevitable. We decided to give her the start against UNLV and let her get it out of the way and were able to focus on Arizona the next day.

It's a grind. With finals just around the corner and the World Series right after that, we have to make sure that we are able to sustain the grind.

They are putting up better hitting numbers than they have in the last couple of years. They've really committed to that part of the game.

All of our freshmen have been so great for us this year. They're all playing like veterans out there for us this year, and that's what we need.

This had that championship feel. This was a bit of a dress rehearsal for what we're going to see the rest of the year.
