Sometimes writing can take you to such dark places it can be nearly impossible to come back from; a part of you is left there, in the words you've bled onto paper, in the emotions you've let loose upon the page, and eventually, the world.

All we can do is move forward, against all odds, into the uncertain future. The past is over, the doors are closed; there's nothing left back there but sentimental ghosts.

Writing fiction can be a dangerous game...people will read your work and assume they know you...how you think, how you feel, how you live...they'll develop all kinds of misconceptions about you...but then again, they may be right.

Every love story is a tragedy, in the end, but that's what makes them so beautiful, so cherished in the minds and hearts of those who remember them.
