All of these people's service would go dark. There simply are no reliable alternatives to the BlackBerry system.

It will take a lot of time. It will take a lot of effort.

It's not going to happen. The grace period will be adequate for us to do a workaround.

It's not something that can be done overnight.

Add on the fact that the Patent Office has rejected all the patents at issue and it's a pretty compelling case.

The Patent Office has said these patents are invalid. The patents at this point, if there was the new lawsuit, would not be enforceable.

Remember the test here was, will an injunction hurt the public interest.
