Once he gets that mean streak in him, he's going to be a handful because he has the skills.

They understand they don't have all the answers. It's good to always seek knowledge and they always ask good questions. They always ask, 'What am I not doing?' or 'What do you see that I'm not seeing?' That's what makes a good player.

As a freshman, he should be proud of that and build on that.
