I would say that what we observed here was very rare.

When he was putting equipment up to the aircraft, in preparation of moving baggage, he contacted the aircraft improperly, and just kind of creased it.

He looked at it from about a 10-foot distance and said he just grazed it, so he didn't tell anyone. I don't think he was being malicious.

Whenever you have a big chunk of people coming in at once, it takes a while to get everyone on track.
