I'm really proud of this team because they kept playing. They didn't lose their poise after going down early in the second half. I think that's just a characteristic of our football program.

I'm not looking for excuses, I'm looking for reasons to win.

I meet with them every single day, ... So if I seem a little goofier next year, you'll understand why.

Their defense is a lot of organized mayhem, ... It just drives you nuts.

They won the job, earned the position through their play in training camp.

They have really put their noses to the grindstone in terms of learning what to do (and are) focusing on the right keys and reads and responding in a way that makes us successful.

I want to build upon the recruiting success we had last year, and Dave Brock is the best person to lead our staff. His style and work ethic made quite an impression during his first season and he brings fresh ideas that will only improve our recruiting efforts both locally in North Carolina and nationally.

That is the time of day that we like to play.

Everybody's different. We'll look at some of the things that (South Florida) did to see if we can use things in our system to exploit.
