They made up a list and disbursed it around campus.

They take the orders, handle the money, pour the coffee, toast the pastries, serve the customers and clean up.

I wanted to create some awareness in the community, and within the school, that people who have severe disabilities can do this kind of work when given the opportunity.

The tables here all had to be sanded and painted, and the students had a big role in that.
