I just think it's wonderful that he's being remembered like this,

I'm glad that Billy and all Vietnam veterans, for that matter, are finally getting this kind of recognition. It's as if they're finally getting their due.

If they suggested something specific as a change, it went on the list. If it was a general comment, it didn't.
