We wanted to be as deliberate as possible and get the numbers right.

We are currently under investigation by the SEC. We continue to cooperate fully with that investigation, and we'll cooperate with any official investigation.

Our lead banks support the plan and we believe the plan is in the best interest of our other lenders, so we expect to get all the approvals we need.

We have no comment as to whether or not we are being investigated by the U.S. Attorney's Office.
