Each of us has a field of expertise. I am in charge of finance, another sibling is in charge of the bakery business, and so on. We work as a team.

That's what we call Thai fusion. We use ingredients that are indigenous to a certain area like salmon and lamb, and cook them the Thai way.

It all boils down to passion. If you love what you are doing, you will excel in it. To us, S&P is more than just a business. We love it, and because we love it passionately we make sure that everything - from our products to our service - is first rate. We value our customers, and that, I believe, is the reason behind our longevity.

We are already the biggest player in Thailand. We are expanding internationally but we are doing it steadily. We want to do everything right.
