It's supposed to be cold tonight and that would have put an extra load on the electrical system with heaters. It could have been disastrous.

These weren't short-term problems. Some of those violations must have been there for years.

I've been doing this job (in different cities) for 25 years. This is only the third time in any community that I've seen anything this bad.

I can't imagine someone walking onto that site and not having red flags go up. Someone missed this big time.
