The future of development, I think, is to not have an area that is just office space, or that is exclusively retail. The future is mixed-use development where people can live and work and shop and eat without having to get in their car,

This has the potential to be a signature type of project, ... I'm not aware of anything else like it in the area.

It is very apparent to me that is not what we want for our children,

The branding of Blue Ash will praise the attributes of the community and its major benefits,

I think that's great, ... The greatest commodity we have is the children and they are the future of the valley.

What message are we sending? ... This is a reflection of what we as a school system and as a city are providing for our students and it's not a good image.
