It's a good feeling. When you're not going to the playoffs, it's the championship we're going for.

They're pretty well focused on this tournament. It (the previous loss) will increase their desire to win. They don't like losing to Austin.

All of our games with Austin have been really close. But we've been working really hard conditioning-wise and we're physically in good shape. We've got our full team back after some injuries and the girls feel confident right now.

Early on in the game, we got some momentum. I moved some girls in for them to get a chance to score some, and I probably broke the rhythm a little bit. But I can't fault anything they did.

I think it will alleviate any fear we have of making the finals.

That far exceeded my expectations. We had two one-goal games previously. The girls have worked hard since spring break.
