Bettendorf's a really, really strong team, ... It's definitely one of our goals to be competitive in our races. Things came together for us today and we won.

We try to run together as a pack most of the time and I just try to push things up to what I'm supposed to be doing at my level, and a lot of those times the guys are up there running with me,

I think that we're competitive, and that's what we need to be at state.

I felt a lot better with the team on this course. I felt like I'm running with these guys and I love every second of it.
