Evaluation isn't the entire issue with it. We're trying to win. For several of them, (the message is) have a little patience.

Brandon Hollinger is 10th in the league in minutes played. You think he came to the pre-game meal for Ole Miss thinking he was going to get 35 minutes?

I think we would've taken 3-2 in August. By Jan. 8, we're elated to be 3-2 at this point. We feel we're alive in the SEC race and alive for the NCAA Tournament.

I don't know that that's a real complicated thing to figure out. Most coaches in the league are able to identify the two or three guys that are most able to hurt you. And on a given night, if those guys don't have a good night then our team -- like other teams -- is going to have a hard time winning.

Obviously, Murray State has got a great program and a great tradition. As an assistant coach, everybody has aspirations to be a head coach, but in no way am I in a hurry to leave the University of Alabama.
