Perhaps, in the next 15 or 20 years, the next footsteps on the moon won't be American or Russian. They'll be Chinese.

Shenzhou 2 looks to be going very well indeed. If Shenzhou 3 in time goes as well, then the Chinese may decide to risk putting the first two (people) onboard Shenzhou 4.
