You'd be hard pressed to do it any other way. They're all foreign operators.

It's very common for our terminals to be operated by foreign companies. I don't see that as a cause for alarm.

Who's leasing the terminals on paper is one thing, but it doesn't have much to do with who controls the day-to-day operations.

Some of them aren't out yet and they've been wanting those.
