The kids are really great. They really soak up the information.

They are looking for people with business experience or life experience they can take and bring to the kids. It's a really good program.

We talk to them about interview scenarios and give them an idea about what kind of questions are asked.

I get (the applications) and I don't have a lot of time to think of questions. I have to think of what these jobs each do. I've got to think on my feet, too.
