We want to know that there are going to be proper and just follow-throughs in terms of punishment for the harasser.

Our parks system has so much potential that we ignore and we should be stepping up to the plate and making sure it's a draw in terms of tourism and not an embarrassment.

What we've seen is there's such an inconsistency on how these instances are handled. We're looking for a way to sort of provide some guidelines.
