I don't see how it will revive sales dramatically.

That is very good progress and a good sign that this whole thing will be wrapped up in the near future.

Given what management told people two weeks ago (at an analyst meeting), they are still confident they should be able to get final approval in the short term.

Nothing in the earnings surprised me on the upside.
