It was great to qualify for the tournament not only against a team which had beaten us on our floor, but to do it in their gym.

They beat us last time. And we want to get them.

It's crunch time. We've got to get the win.

It was exam week and the kids didn't play all week until Friday. It's a tough week when you take exams every day, then have to play. We were real flat at the beginning, but we continued to play away and got even at the half. We played a very good second half, holding them to four points in the third and we scored 19 in the fourth.

They've been coming together well and it took a lot of work. They just needed to gel and at this time of the season, just like last year, we seemed to do it. We go through a lot in the Northwest Conference.

They sound so good! I can't believe they are high school and lower. They are so dedicated and committed.

The talk after the game was playing for 32 minutes. And playing 100 percent for 32 minutes. I don't think we got that tonight.

The team played very, very well. We played a 32-minute game and did what we needed to do from start to finish.

We knew she was a good player. And wow. She's a heck of a player. Great shot. She's a winner. I know she's going on to play in college and she'll be successful. A lot of heart.

I was hoping tonight was the night for us.
