We can’t negate television. Unfortunately, I do feel in many ways that it did kill my movie career. It did do that. But would I not do it again? Do I have any regrets about doing it? No.

I’m a fan of Jerome Kern and Gershwin. That’s my kind of music.

It’s great to see that celebrities can be just like us – that they too have their highs and lows, that they don’t always wake up looking their best, that they have bad habits and annoying traits.

I wanted to be a veterinarian. I adored animals, raised everything in the world and decided that was going to be what I was going to do. But I could sing.

I wanted some family structure and stability, and thats what The Partridge Family afforded me, not only financially but in the fact that I could be at home with my kids.
