I have the perspective of both sides, being a teacher at the high school and being a coach. The kids have to recognize that we aren't trying to make it exclusive or too hard, but it should not be a right to be a participant in athletics it should be a privilege that should occur after the academic side is taken care of.

In the individual events we scored well. They're getting us up with some confidence for the end of the season.

I'm kind of surprised how well we swam after a good weekend. We didn't have a flat meet and a few (girls) even improved (since Saturday).

It's nice to be competitive against these teams and we have been. Junction is a talented team at the top without as much depth as us. We're scrambling for consolation points while they get final points.

It's hard to predict what the other teams are going to do, we just have to continue to do the best we can do and work on fine-tuning things we need to work on. There are still quite a bit of balanced teams out there.

It was a tremendous performance this weekend. We really benefited from many things. We aren't a powerhouse and we pretty much are a team that's done everything on hard work.

It was a really nice performance both days. We would have finished ahead of Grand Junction, but we didn't have a diving team.

This meet showed that we are on the right path. We have a team with quite a lot of potential, which will help us reach our goal.

They have been impressive this season. This will be a good meet for our entire team to compete in.

They all participated on that team and bring a lot of experience to this team. Their experience has shown for us so far as we go through the course of the season.
