At this point it seems to be running about 60-to-40 (percent) against Wal-Mart.

Everyone will put their best case forward. We will, the developers will... and what ultimately matters is the decision of the Planning Commission.

Wal-Mart coming to Marina is a huge mark in the city's history -- a dark one.

I think the public will is going to be heard. I don't think every avenue has been explored. Marina residents haven't weighed in on this.
