They can say what they want but it all comes down to the bottom line. And no doubt they'll make it harder for citizens to object to these plants.

They're putting us in a box. At the end of the day, the poison pill they put in there may make us oppose it.

This bill unfortunately marries these two issues. We'd like to see them get a divorce.

Depending on who the sponsors are, it's causing different votes to go different ways. Some of the members feel free enough to vote their conscience(s).
