You can't say enough about Derek Harris. When we needed a big bucket, he stepped up and made a shot for us.

He beat us at the end of the press.

In the first quarter, we made the extra pass. We break them down on the dribble, make the extra pass and get the wide-open shot. In the second quarter, we got a little flustered and weren't patient at all. We started shooting when we were contested and it was one shot and out.

It was a game of runs. We made a run in the beginning and end of the second quarter. They made a run in the third and we weathered it.

It's surprising at home that you would miss free throws the way we did, but it's part of the game. We played a better defensive game this time around than we did the first time at Winchester. We just didn't shoot as well.

They're a good basketball team. It's always tough to play down at Calhoun.

They recovered well, they were long in the passing lanes, and I'm sure that's the most turnovers we've had all year in a game.

You see our senior guards, such as Derek Harris, Byers and Alex Smith taking care of the ball. I was told we had just two turnovers in the first half.

Coach Abell does a good job of making you play his pace. We knew coming in they'd try to make it half-court game.

Offensive rebounds just killed us in the second half. We gave up way too many rebounds on the defensive end.
