I definitely didn't expect us to be in this position. Guys just have to be more conscious of the consequences of not playing hard and not boxing out.

I know his tendencies, and I'm sure he knows my tendencies. We definitely play off of each other and feed off of each other's energy.

They were the deeper team. That took its toll.

It's very slim. It can come down to one or two possessions or maybe even a couple of seconds. You just have to be prepared for every situation in the game and right now, and I don't think we have that focus or that intensity that we need.

It's definitely a surprise (to lose so many close games), but one of the encouraging things is that we've been in every game, so all we have to do is learn how to stay focused for every crucial possession of the game. I think we'll be alright.

It sounds like a broken record right now.

It's going to be very tough. They've got (post player) Eric Williams down there, so we need somebody to step up and defend him. That's going to be a very tough game.

It's one of those things, you make some and you miss some. You've got to be able to deal with it, man.

At first, it was like we still have a chance to turn the season around. I still feel that way, but we just don't have as many games to do that. The frustration builds every game.

You don't think about that stuff when you're out of the court.
